We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice or if no notice is provided, a 50% fee of the service cost will apply.

Clients have a 15-minute grace period. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and 50% fee of the service cost will apply.

This website represents services offered by two separate entities: Luna Wellness NYC Inc. and Midtown Medical Solutions P.C.

Luna Wellness NYC Inc. provides non-medical wellness and aesthetic services only.

Midtown Medical Solutions P.C. is a licensed medical provider in the State of New York and is solely responsible for all medical procedures, including but not limited to:
• All procedures performed using the Venus Bliss Max machine, including EMS Muscle Stimulation Treatment, Cellulite Reduction Treatment, and Non-Invasive Fat Lipolysis Treatment
• All microneedling procedures, including Microneedling with Hyaluronic Acid, Rejuran Microneedling, and PRP Microneedling
• All IV drip treatments
• All hormone treatments
• All peptide therapies

All medical services are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed medical professional affiliated with Midtown Medical Solutions P.C.
Luna Wellness NYC Inc. does not provide, supervise, or control medical services.
